They are extremely comfortable, lightweight, sturdy, and have a very snug fit. Another great thing is that these hiking boots can be used in all sorts of weather - not just wet weather. This is a real bonus when you live in a climate where you might experience bad weather.

My friend has these boots and she loves them. I have to admit though, they are a bit heavy. You need to be ready to carry them a bit if you want to use them for long-distance hikes. Luckily, this isn't a problem with these Hombre boots. However, they are a bit heavier than some other boots that I've worn.
These boots are made from all-around high quality leather. I like the color too - it's a nice shade of brown. It matches my other boots quite well. In fact, I think the brown highlights the green of the lungs much better than the green highlights the brown in other boots I own.
I do have one minor complaint with these hiking boots. The soles of my pair started to wear down quickly. It's not a huge problem, but they did take some getting used to. The good news is that I have gotten better at handling them. Eventually, I got used to it and now they aren't as painful.
These boots are durable and comfortable. I recommend them to anyone serious about hiking or trail running. If you're an experienced hiker who likes a mix of comfort and durability then this boot is for you. If you know what I'm talking about though, I have to warn you that these boots can be expensive.
To be honest, I bought my Hombre a year ago and I'm still waiting for my girlfriend to break these boots. She's tried on several others and loves them. My pair though, I keep in my bedroom. I've been using them for a few weeks now and so far, I haven't managed to break them. They're holding up pretty well.
I have to say though, my opinion has changed since I put these boots to the test. They're handling rain and snow like a champ. I've been crawling through turns and hills while wearing my pair, no problem.
So, if you're looking for a great all-around shoe then the Hombre is definitely for you. I haven't even mentioned the breathable mesh that they feature. That's a feature I love and you'll definitely appreciate when temps start to drop. Between these boots, my Outdoor footwear and now the Hombre, I can't wait to get more into the routine of buying new boots for this winter season.
